Structure of Content
We believe in actively consulting our users to structure the content to suit their needs. This can be achieved by analysing server logs to see how the website has been used, recording search terms and by carrying out surveys.
Most of the pages on our website are organised into three tiers. This helps ensure that you are rarely more than three clicks away from any page.
The pages themselves are 'structured documents' - meaning that they are simply formatted text. We do not rely heavily on images to present information - as this can impede access for some people
