Our overall approach considers customer service first to achieve the right outcomes. We aim to always deliver consistently high quality services and to actively seek and listen to customer views and opinions.
We recognise that customers are both internal (i.e. all colleagues and teams within our organisation) and external (i.e. the community, tenants/leaseholders and other service users or other organisations we work with).
