With a strong ethos of quality and customer choice, Central Borders Housing Group is borne out of the secure foundation that is South Staffordshire Housing Association, the largest local social landlord with an annual turnover of over £17 million, employing 198 staff and delivering services to 5,300 tenants and leaseholders.

South Staffordshire Housing Association has a reputation as a top performer in all core service areas. This is reflected in its day-to-day performance, high levels of customer satisfaction, Quality Housing Services accreditation, and retention of the RoSPA Gold Award for three successive years. In 2007 the association celebrated the 10th anniversary of successfully providing modern, safe and comfortable homes, developing neighbourhoods, and providing residents with genuine opportunities for involvement in improving services.

We have created a housing group that celebrates the diversity of its members as well as providing the strength and support of a group structure.
