Welcome to Central Borders Housing Group

Central Borders Housing Group has been created to offer high-quality services that housing organisations can procure, such as planned maintenance, responsive repairs, development and corporate support.

We were founded by South Staffordshire Housing Association, with more than 5,300 homes currently managed and maintained by the association.

One of our main strengths is in using innovation to develop new homes through effective use of our financial strength, our ability to access a range of funding streams, and our leading repairs and maintenance service (95.7% tenant satisfaction in 2007/2008).

We are a member of the Spectrum Development Partnership along with nine other West Midlands housing associations. Spectrum aims to deliver 1,000 new affordable homes each year.
